Medals to All Finishers

All racers that complete 8K and all Kid’s runs participants will receive a finisher’s medal.

There will also be men’s and women’s medals awarded to Top 3 finishers for each age group.

Gun Times

In accordance with USATF rules, all awards will be based on gun times. Chip timing will be used for personal verification only.
Age group medal awards for male and female age divisions in the 8K and 5k races will be as follows:

Top seven overall male and female racers are ineligible for age division awards in the 8K race. Age group awards will be based on gun time.

Prize Money

$3148 in prize money will be awarded in the Health Solutions 8K race to the top 7 male and female overall winners.  All prize money will be based on gun times. No person shall be eligible to win prize monies if they are currently listed with the RPM Doping Sanctions list, which can be found online at:  There will be no exceptions to this rule.

** Continuing in 2019!  The top Male and top Female Corridor Running Members will each receive a $100 bonus!  This is in addition to any other prize money that is received.  Members must be in good standing and be registered as members by the end of online registration, July 1st, 2019.  Click here for more information on becoming a Corridor Running member.

$300 bonus to an athlete that can finish the race as the overall respective male or female event record holder. We also offer $200 bonus earnings to a runner that can finish the race as the overall official event age division record holder. To qualify, a participant must be the first overall or age group runner to cross the finish line and break the course record. Bonus is available only to the first place finisher. Per USATF rules, gun time is used to determine finish time. A matching time DOES NOT qualify.

Winners must present photo ID and registration confirmation in the Awards Redemption area the same day of the event.

Overall Winners

$599 in prize money will be awarded to the top male and female overall finishers in the 8K race, with other prize monies as follows:

Masters/Grand Masters

Trophies will be awarded to the top Master (non USATF) male and female runners (40+) to finish the 8K race.
Trophies will be awarded to the top Grand Master (non USATF) male and female runners (50+) to finish the 8K race.



Prize money will be awarded according to USA Track & Field rules.  Master finisher is age 40 and over. Grand Master finisher is age 50 and over.

No prize money is awarded for the 5K Fun Run/Walk.

High School and NCAA athletes are ineligible to receive prize money. Overall prize money will be forfeited.

Doubling of awards is only allowed with USATF State Championship medals.

Only one cash prize per eligible athlete.

Decision of race officials is final.
